2. Why hire a pooper scooper?

Well there are several reasons. For one, you never have to worry about stepping in poop again, or being embarrassed at the next family cookout. It's just plain gross, and you shouldn't have to scoop it yourself. Some people just can't stomach the smell, or just think it's down right disgusting to do themselves. Some don't have the time, or don't want to take the time to do something so gross. It gives you more time to spend with your family in a fresh, and clean yard. Others just like being able to help support a local family business. Whatever the reason, we truly appreciate each and every one of our customers.

3. Do you scoop during the winter time or if it rains?

Yes, Dogs poop all year, and we scoop all year. Nobody likes a slushy poopy mess tracked into the house. If it is snowing hard, pouring down rain, lightning, or dangerous road conditions, we will try to scoop your yard the next day, if not we will scoop it on your next service visit. If there is snow on the ground, we will scoop what we can see on top of the snow, and get the rest of it, little by little as it melts.

4. What happens if a weekly service is skipped?

If a weekly service has to be skipped for any reason, we will try to service the yard the next day, or we will service it on your next scheduled weekly service visit. We do NOT offer refunds for a skipped visit, simply because there will be 2 weeks worth of waste when we service the yard the following week. This means the same amount of work for us, but it will take double the time to service the yard.

5. How does the litter box swap work?

Once a week you set your dirty litter box on your front porch,(or where ever is agreed upon) we will dump it and take with us to clean, where we will wash, sanitize, and deodorize each box. We will leave a fresh litter box in it's place, and swap it with your clean one the following week. And don't worry, no one else will get your litter boxes, we label each one to make sure our feline friends don't ever receive another cat's box.

6. Do I need 2 litter boxes for the weekly litter box swap?

No you do not need 2 litter boxes. We provide a second, brand new litter box, for each of our customers.

7. If using our own litter, do we just receive an empty litter box?

Yes, but it will be washed, sanitized, and deodorized before you receive it. All you have to do is fill it with fresh litter. We offer this
service for those that use a special kitty litter that we don't offer.

8. If it is only $15 weekly, how does that become $65 monthly?

We take the weekly amount, multiplied by 52 weeks in a year, then divide that by the 12 months in the year to determine the monthly total.

9. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most major credit cards.

10. Do you offer any deals or discounts?

We currently have a referral program. For every person you refer to us that signs up for one of our weekly services, you get a month FREE, that will be taken off of your next month's bill.  This offer is good for up to 2 FREE months, then for each referral signup thereafter, you will receive 1 week free. We also offer deals, and discounts periodically throughout the year on our Facebook page, and have some discount coupons that we hand out at special events, so keep an eye out for us.
